GMA Network acquires ‘The Voice Generations’ and reveals celebrity host coaches
The highly anticipated lineup of coaches for GMA Network’s latest spin-off of the renowned singing competition, ‘The Voice Generations,’ has finally been unveiled. Following the announcement of the show’s host, Dingdong Dantes, fans have eagerly awaited the official revelation of the coaches, and GMA Network has now put an end to the suspense.
The four esteemed coaches are as follows: Billy Crawford, an award-winning international singer, dancer, and host; Julie Anne San Jose, a multi-awarded and best-selling recording artist known as Asia’s Limitless Star; Stell, the lead singer and choreographer of the well-loved P-pop boy group SB19; and Chito Miranda, the Filipino rockstar and lead singer of Parokya Ni Edgar. Together, they will handpick world-class talents from different generations to form their respective teams.
Once the teams are complete, the talented individuals will engage in knock-outs and sing-offs, battling it out to claim the prestigious title of the first-ever champion of The Voice Generations in Asia. This unique singing competition focuses solely on vocal ability during auditions.
Meanwhile, the search for the best singing groups is still ongoing. Groups consisting of two or more members, with an age gap of at least 10 years and a minimum age requirement of 7, are invited to participate. It is essential for the members to share an authentic relationship with each other.
Applicants must prepare two video clips showcasing their singing performances. Each video should not exceed 10MB, and the audition videos themselves should be no longer than 1 minute and 30 seconds each.
