PPop Gen, the reconfigured all-girl Pinoy pop group, is more than ready to take the spotlight. With their new single “Hanggang Tingin Ka Lang” already available on all streaming platforms, the seven talented young ladies are set to make their mark on the exciting world of Pinoy pop music. Originally composed of 45 members called P-pop Generation, the group has now been trimmed down to its best version, embodying youthful energy and vitality, thanks to the collaborative efforts of Viva Records, Viva Artists Agency, and choreographer/dance artist Geleen Eugenio.

PPop Gen is a group of girls brimming with talent and beauty, featuring Gabh (leader/main vocalist), Sofia (center/main dancer), Sarah (face of the group/sub-rapper), Princess (visuals), Madz (lead vocalist/main rapper), Char (sub-vocalist), and Angela (visuals/lead rapper). Together, they form a super-talented collective that aims to enliven the Pinoy pop music scene and connect with a young generation of music lovers.

Despite facing challenges in their journey, including adjustments and member departures during the transition from PPop Generation to PPop Gen, the girls are now remade with a much stronger and bolder outlook on their music and performance. Gabh shared that it was not an easy process, but the girls persevered and emerged stronger than ever before. They referred to their now compact and updated circle as “Ppop lucky 7” and vowed to stay and support each other, even as they aim to hone their strengths and address their weaknesses.

In their quest to become known for their resiliency, the girls have recently released a new track titled “Hanggang Tingin Ka Lang,” which speaks about putting people in their place when they cross boundaries in admiring them as a group. Produced by Kevin Yadao and co-produced by Geleen Eugenio, the song serves as the latest statement track from PPop Gen. The group also released an official music video for the song, which can be viewed on Viva Records’ YouTube channel.
