What is KETOGENIC diet?
The ketogenic diet is a high-fat, right-protein, and low-carbohydrate diet that forces fats to be burned instead of carbohydrates. Ketone bodies are formed and become the source of energy. An elevated level of ketone bodies in the blood develops, a state known as ketosis.
