Home is where ‘Heart’ is: Heart Evangelista spills her top home tips
“It was a no-brainer,” Kapuso actress Heart Evangelista-Escudero confidently answered when asked about trusting and teaming up with RLC Residences as an official brand ambassador.
“Aside from researching, I’ve known RLC from way back and I’m also friends with the people behind the brand. I know how hard they work and how OC [meticulous] they are,” she told Random Republika in a quick exclusive interview at the real estate developer’s online launch (February 23).
Heart described RLC as a consistent and trustworthy partner. She was quick to add, “I appreciate that when they come up with a project, it’s really in a prime property. That really makes a difference when it comes to value for your money.” Reinforcing her vouch of confidence, Heart said, “I really, really trust RLC Residences.“
Gaining Heart’s brand trust is a huge thing especially after the revelation in her recent vlog that she once turned down a multi-million endorsement deal because she does not personally use or believe in the product. (Slow clap)
For the most part of the launch, Heart indulged everyone as she joined event host Eri Neeman on a showroom tour streamed live on Facebook (In case you missed it, visit RLC Residences’ official Facebook page). For around an hour, she weighed in on what RLC has to offer and spilled some of her top home-hunting and styling preferences.
While she’s a self-confessed maximalist, Heart still expressed appreciation for RLC Residences’ minimalist approach in designing spaces. For the actress, the impressive layout of even small cuts of property helps maximize spaces and prevent visual clutter.
Potential clients and curious online viewers who tuned in to the Facebook Live heard the celebrity homemaker’s anecdotes and tips firsthand. Heart shared random stuff like how she likes having a console table in every home for her abubots (knick knacks) and prefers a space-saving rectangular table over a round one. She also acknowledged the importance of wide kitchen spaces and recommended installing mirrors to enlarge a place and obtain additional light.
“The developer is reputable and they make quality units. They improve your lifestyle with all of the amenities and stuff they have to offer. It’s comforting to know that’s RLC,” Heart reassured everyone about investing with RLC Residences before the event came to a close. The Kapuso Queen of Creative Collaborations also announced her upcoming collabs with the brand like styling and transforming an empty RLC condo unit for everyone to see.
