Marion Aunor kicks off the initial quarter of 2024 with an exclusive Valentine’s concert named “Valentine’s Show Para Sa Walang Ka-Valentine,” scheduled to take place at Viva Cafe on February 14 (Wednesday) at 8:00 p.m. On Valentine’s Day, the singer-songwriter extends an invitation to everyone – both singles and couples – for a distinctive musical experience as her upcoming concert, Valentine’s Show Para Sa Walang Ka-Valentine, assures a night filled with emotional resonance and musical enchantment at Viva Cafe on February 14 (Wednesday) at 8:00 p.m.

Directed by Vivian Poblete with musical direction by Elmer Blancaflor, Marion’s concept stems from her desire to offer singles a space where they can enjoy the day traditionally reserved for couples. “Since Valentine’s can quickly turn into Singles’ Awareness Day (S.A.D.), I wanted to create a show where singles can come together and have fun,” Marion explains with a laugh. “But of course, couples are welcome, too.”

The concert’s setlist will feature the perfect blend of love songs and heartbreak anthems, including Marion’s original hits and popular covers. But as an added treat, fans could look forward to hear and see something different when she hits the Viva Cafe stage.

“I’ll be singing both love songs and heartbreak songs. Originals and covers. Soundtracks from the blockbuster films that have used my songs as well as my singles. But I wanted the show to differ from my previous ones by changing the arrangements and making them grander, possibly adding some strings or brass to my usual band set-up. I’m hoping to provide the audience a grand concert experience in an intimate setting,” says Marion.
