Marian told members of the press, “Well since alam mo Aubrey [Carampel] na hindi ako lumalabas but for Ms. Cris, lumabas ako. Thank you po sa pag-welcome sakin dito sa Kamiseta, I’m very excited na dalawin kayo every week [laughs]
“Minake-sure naman niya na safe tayong lahat dito, naka-RT-PCR and naka-swab pa kanina, so walang dapat ipagalala. Binigay naman sakin ng Kamiseta [at] ni Ms. Cris yon. Uuwi ako ng bahay na okay ako. Nothing to worry [about].”

How Marian maintains her glow
Asked what Marian’s secret to maintaining her flawless skin and youthful glow, she gamely said, “Hindi puwedeng inborn ka lang. Kailangan talaga, kailangan alam mo kung paano alagaan yung sarili mo. Treatment man iyan or moisturizer man iyan, dapat you know how to take care of yourself talaga. Siyempre makakatulong talaga ang treatment.”
In fact, Marian revealed that her trips to beauty clinics became her favorite bonding session with mom Amalia Rivera and her grandmother Iska. “Actually, nakapagpa-book na ako ako. May bonding kami ng nanay ko dito. Pupuntahan namin sila [Kamiseta]. So napapayag ko na rin yung nanay ko, si mama, na pupunta kami dito. Siya na muna, tapos si Nanay [lola], tapos kaming tatlo na.”
When asked about her favorite treatment, she gleefully teased, “Secret, hindi ko naman sila i-eendorse kung hindi ako nagtitiwala sa kanila di ba?
Marian also reminded the importance of observing safety protocols this summer, even if the country is almost back to normal.
She said, “Para sa akin, ang hirap kasi na yung nagwo-work sa akin, baka hindi mag-work sa kanila. So sa akin, sa experience ko, kahit na sabihin mong pwede na, magma-mask pa din ako. Medyo maarte pa rin ako. Mag-alcohol pa din ako. Magsu-swab test pa din ako. Alam mo yun, ayaw ko yung maging panatag na literal. So mas maganda na yung nag-iingat ka nang mabuti kasi may mga anak rin ako e. Kesa sa, ‘ay, dapat pala ganito yung ginawa ko.’”
