Senatorial seat aspirant Atty. Angelo de Alban, a practicing lawyer and University of Santo Tomas law professor, filed his certificate of candidacy last month for the 2019 elections and faced a disqualification case after being tagged as a nuisance candidate.
In a bloggers’ conference, de Alban showed he’s serious about his advocacies and intentions for the country. He strongly opposed the idea of being a nuisance candidate and countered this allegation by expressing his stand on certain issues like the TRAIN Law, compensation for educators, and more.
De Alban shared his specific plans for people with special needs as he saw their plight first hand. Atty. Angelo co-owns a school for children with special needs in Bulacan, the only private school for special education recognized by the DepEd Bulacan – St. Philomena School: Kid’s Comfort Zone.
